I wanted to add other enemies with basic AI like moving forward and swiming upward but I run out of time and the bosses are juste regular enemies but scaled up xD
That is a pretty amazing game :) I didn't know where to go after I got speed and killed the big boss thing as I went off-screen for a while until my oxygen is done.
Amazing pixel art and usage of the small number of pixels. Also, the game exploration style reminds me of the jetpack mechanic in Nymph's Tower (https://brlka.itch.io/nymphs-tower)

by the way what is up with the one floating block that you can float through?

I did it for the lol xD, and this upgrade was the last missile upgrade and it gives you infinite munitions

It's extremely impressive you managed to make a Metroid Vania in these restrictions - wonderful pixel art and great work on the sound design.
Game is short and sweet - in a good way.
I do think it was a bit linear and maybe could have used some basic enemy AI but regardless, you did a great job on this!

The game reminds me of an old dos game called "dangerous dave", I must try a jetpack mechanic in the future :p
